My stay at Sumela Park was fantastic. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city center. The receptionist at checkout was kind and went above and beyond to help us arrange tickets for a tour bus to Uzungol, which made our trip even more memorable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Trabzon that I would highly recommend. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of the city. It was just a short walk from the city center, where there were plenty of restaurants and shopping areas to explore. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me and provide guidance on the best places to visit in the city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with one double bed for a cozy night's sleep. The basic amenities provided were also very convenient, ensuring that my stay was hassle-free and enjoyable.

During our New Year's stay, we were pleased with the secure parking and the close proximity to the city center with great food and shopping options. the staff were friendly too, always eager to help with any concerns we had.

The cleanliness of the hotel common areas and rooms. the TV channels were not all functioning and some of the amenities like the fridge and phone weren't fixed even after multiple reminders to the staff.

Spent the Christmas holiday in this cozy boutique hotel and had a great time. Loved the spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the city. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the main square and all the shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Bonus points for the beautiful fireplace in the lobby, perfect for snuggling up with a book and a cup of hot cocoa.

The hotel was a bit noisy at night, with some street noise and the occasional sound of other guests coming and going. The heating system was also a bit finicky, took some time to get the room temperature just right.
